JIDEYTRO was studied in advanced ROS1+ NSCLC

A clinical study was run to determine 3 key results:

*This was the primary goal of the clinical study.

The study looked at how JIDEYTRO may help people after various treatment experiences in ROS1+ NSCLC 

The clinical benefit of JIDEYTRO was studied in 117 people who were already treated with 1 to 4 ROS1-targeted therapies for advanced ROS1+ NSCLC.

There was a wide range in the number of prior therapies people had received and in which therapies they had received

of people had received 1 prior ROS1-targeted therapy before JIDEYTRO

of people were heavily pretreated with 2 or more ROS1-targeted therapies before JIDEYTRO

Previous ROS1-targeted therapies included: crizotinib, entrectinib, lorlatinib, repotrectinib, and/or taletrectinib.

52% (61 out of 117) had also received prior chemotherapy.

The study included people with two known treatment challenges in
ROS1+ NSCLC: 

49%

(57 out of 117) had brain metastases (cancer that has spread to the brain)

36%

(42 out of 117) had ROS1 resistance mutations (changes in cancer that make it harder for treatment to keep working)
