The safety and side effects were studied in 446 people with ROS1+ cancer
Among the 446 people were 432 people with ROS1+ NSCLC who received at least 1 dose of JIDEYTRO at 100 mg. They received JIDEYTRO once daily until their cancer progressed or they needed to stop treatment.
Serious side effects occurred in 22% of these people. Serious side effects occurring in at least 2% of people were pneumonia and shortness of breath.
Most common side effects in 15% or more of people who received JIDEYTRO (out of 446 people):
The most common severe abnormal blood test results include increased creatine phosphokinase (CPK), increased triglycerides, decreased white blood cell counts and decreased red blood cell counts.
JIDEYTRO may cause fertility problems in males and females. Talk to your healthcare provider if fertility is a concern for you.
