If you’re living with advanced ROS1+ NSCLC, discover JIDEYTRO

JIDEYTRO is a treatment for adults with advanced ROS1+ NSCLC. Your doctor may prescribe it to you if you have ROS1+ NSCLC that:

  • Has spread within the chest or other parts of the body
  • Has been treated with a prior ROS1-targeted therapy

JIDEYTRO

(pronounced jih-DAY-troh)

How does JIDEYTRO work?

JIDEYTRO belongs to a category of ROS1-targeted therapies called tyrosine kinase inhibitors, or TKIs.

If you have been prescribed a treatment for ROS1+ NSCLC before, it may have been a TKI. TKIs, like JIDEYTRO, interrupt the messages that cancer cells send. This may make tumors shrink or disappear. If the cancer disappears, that does not mean it has been cured.

Why choose JIDEYTRO?

JIDEYTRO may work against disease in hard-to-treat areas like the brain. It has also worked for some people with ROS1 resistance mutations.

JIDEYTRO was shown to shrink cancer for people who received a prior ROS1-targeted therapy.

Designed and developed in collaboration with the ROS1+ community

Nuvalent partnered with leading ROS1-focused oncologists, scientific advisors, and patient advocacy groups to understand the experiences and medical challenges faced by real people with ROS1+ NSCLC. These learnings shaped the design goals of JIDEYTRO and its clinical study.

Intended to be inclusive

JIDEYTRO was designed with the different treatment experiences of real people with ROS1+ NSCLC in mind. Its clinical study included people who had taken 1 prior ROS1-targeted therapy and those who had tried multiple prior therapies, people with and without brain metastases, and people with and without secondary ROS1 resistance mutations.
