What is JIDEYTRO?

JIDEYTRO is a treatment for adults with advanced ROS1+ NSCLC. Your doctor may prescribe it to you if you have ROS1+ NSCLC that:
- Has spread within the chest or other parts of the body
- Has been treated with a prior ROS1-targeted therapy

How does JIDEYTRO work?
JIDEYTRO belongs to a category of ROS1-targeted therapies called tyrosine kinase inhibitors, or TKIs.
If you have been prescribed a treatment for ROS1+ NSCLC before, it may have been a TKI. TKIs, like JIDEYTRO, interrupt the messages that cancer cells send. This may make tumors shrink or disappear. If the cancer disappears, that does not mean it has been cured.

JIDEYTRO may work against disease in hard-to-treat areas like the brain. It has also worked for some people with ROS1 resistance mutations.
JIDEYTRO was shown to shrink cancer for people who received a prior ROS1-targeted therapy.
The safety and side effects of JIDEYTRO were tested in 446 people with ROS1+ cancer.
JIDEYTRO offers once-daily dosing and can be taken with or without food.
